Virtual Worlds Expo Early Registration Opens

Early registration is now open for Virtual Worlds Expo taking place September 3-4, 2008 in Los Angeles, CA at the LA Convention Center.  Virtual Worlds Expo - www.VirtualWorldsExpo.com - is the premier event for businesses seeking to understand and maximize opportunities using virtual worlds.  Attendees can save $400 by taking advantage of the early-bird registration - only $595 - until July 25, 2008.  After that time online registration is $795.  Onsite registration at the event is $995. If you have been a paid attendee at any previous Virtual Worlds Conference or Virtual Worlds Expo, you are eligible for a 20% alumni discount. Previous attendees will receive discount codes to the email address at which they last registered for a Virtual Worlds event. Please email alumni @ virtualworldsmanagement.com with the name and year of the Virtual Worlds event you attended for verification and your special discount code. The show is produced by Virtual Worlds News parent Virtual Worlds Management.

New Education Track Planned for Virtual World Expo

We are pleased to share that for the first time we will offer an Education-focused track at the Virtual Worlds Expo taking place September 3-4, 2008 in Los Angeles at the LA Convention Center.  The track will run alongside other conference tracks (to be announced shortly).  After listening to the educational community and talking with many people involved in both education and virtual worlds, we are excited to offer this component of the show. Virtual Worlds Expo will expand the discussion that took place earlier this month in New York at Virtual Worlds 2008. Conference agenda will include consumer worlds, enterprise worlds, investment and strategy, education uses of virtual worlds, virtual law and visionary/future development. The call for speakers is open. Virtual Worlds Expo is presented by www.VirtualWorldsNews.com and is operated by Virtual Worlds Management.

The call for speakers for the Second Annual Virtual Worlds Expo will be announced later this week.  VW Expo takes place September 3-4, 2008 in Los Angeles.  We're excited to bring our west coast show to LA this year.
