Benjamin Duranske Joins Pillsbury's Virtual World Practice

Benjamin Duranske announced on his virtual world law blog Virtually Blind last night that he had joined Pillsbury, a global law firm that announced a multidisciplinary division representing clients in the virtual worlds and video games industry this past September. He is currently working remotely part time and  will join Pillsbury's Silicon Valley office as a full-time associate with the Intellectual Property practice section in January.

Unfortuantely, the announcement also serves as his final post at Virtually Blind, which is a huge loss, at least for me, to coverage and insight to legal issues surrounding virtual worlds. On the upside, he's launching Virtual Law as an alternative resource. [via Virtually Blind]
