Parature Partners with Metaverse Mod Squad

Parature announced today a partnership to provide its customer service solutions software to the Metaverse Mod Squad for the latter's work in supporting virtual worlds and online communities. It's been a busy year for the Metaverse Mod Squad so far: earlier this month the company announced a partnership with Crisp Thinking for more software support after closing a $200,000 round with angel investors this summer.
