Vivaty Adds Avatar Customization and More

Vivaty announced today on its blog that it had added new features including pet dogs, avatar customization, and social scenes. The pets seem fairly basic, though fun additions to rooms. Social scenes are pre-set themes for users to develop beyond just their personal spaces, offering places to socialize and share content around gossip, fashion, and the like. Even more interesting, Vivaty teased that it will soon be launching on a new platform. With a promise to add new features every two weeks, it seems like Vivaty is really heating up.

"In addition to our avatar templates, you can now also choose from 200+ options for hairstyles, tops and bottoms," blogged Mark Hull, VP Product Management. "Whether you choose a modern pixie cut or a blue mullet, there are now more ways to make a fun virtual “you.” We’re trying to keep things simple but still provide choice. Send us an idea for clothing or hair and we will add it to the list!"
