The Ultimate Game Card Now in All U.S. 7-Elevens
PayByCash announced today that its Ultimate Game Card, which provides a prepaid option for virtual currencies in over 150 virtual worlds and online games, is available for $10 in 5,600 7-Eleven stores throughout the U.S. The distribution comes through a partnership with InComm, which has apparently helped put the Game Card in over 12,000 retail spots across the nation. With more and more virtual worlds targeting the youth market with prepaid cards, these sort of of distribution deals become increasingly important. That may be part of the reason why PayByCash was acquired by PlaySpan last month.
“For 10 years we have developed and offered alternative payment methods for premium online games,” said Kevin Higgins, president of PayByCash. “Our Ultimate Game Card gives gamers immediate access to online entertainment. Because it can be found at some of the best known retail chains stores in the United States through our partnership with InComm, you can login and play the finest online games in the time it takes to visit your local 7-Eleven convenience store.”

Does the Ultimate Game Card work outside the US? Better yet, is playspan configured to work outside the US?
