Warner Bros. "Investigating" Harry Potter Virtual World

It seems like it's an inevitability. In fact, it's a touchstone we've come back to time and again in the office: a virtual world that lets users live out their Harry Potter fantasies in a virtual Hogwarts just makes sense. Apparently it makes sense to Warner Bros. as well, though it may be some time (or never) before anything comes to light.

"The notion of creating a Harry Potter multi-player online role playing game is something that we've been discussing at Warner Bros. for a number of years and continue to explore," a Warner Bros. representative told SnitchSeeker.com. "We are currently investigating the possibility of creating our own MMORPG, but unfortunately do not have any further details to share at this time." [via BlogHogwarts]
