Millions of Us Wins LACP Spotlight Award for Work in Gaia

As a palliative to the cries about the failure of advertising in virtual worlds, Millions of Us just took home a bronze award from the League of American Communications Professionals Spotlight Awards. Based on its work in Gaia Online for the WWE, Millions of Us was recognized in the Web: Multimedia/Interactive category.  Millions of Us' campaign garnered high praise in all of the judging categories. While the project featured more work on the forums than the actual virtual world, it crossed over into virtual item sales and eventually TV. For more information and a video rundown of the project, check out Millions of Us' blog.
