3 of the 15 largest interactive agencies in the U.S. see virtual worlds as having one of the greatest impacts on their design practices, reports Forrester. More are geared towards more traditional online social networking, with nine agencies looking at that channel as important for future design, but fewer, only two agencies a piece, see blogging and tagging as significant for future practices.
